01 - How to buy coupon

Choose the package type:

1. For LP (Letter to Prison) - select inmate's prison and choose credit card as payment method, then fillout credit card information.

2. For LH (Letter to Home) - select inmate's prison, building information, and choose credit card as payment method then fillout credit card information

Note: Please buy one package at a time.

02 - Write / Send letters

1. LP - Go to 'Send Message', fill in information, upload image, type in message and SEND.

2. LH - Inmate will send Letter to Home back to you in chat screen, which there will be notifications pop up when received.

Tips and Tricks:

1. For (LP) - instead of tapping on 'Send Message' everytime, you can also click on the PENCIL icon located in the bottom right of the chat screen in case of an inmate is already in chat list.

2. For (LH) - Letter from image will be highlighted in green on the left side.

Online Letters Rules & Regulation

Letters are available in English only.

Inmate can send Letter Home (LH) only once a day. (some prisons may be different)
You must choose the correct prison location of the inmates, and type in inmate's full name, nickname, and building correctly, otherwise the letter might be delayed. or not reaching the destination
Only one picture is allowed as an attachment.

*Only personal or family photos are allowed
You are not allowed to send inappropriate content or ones with inappropriate intentions including intoxicating items, obscene phots, or valuable items. *Do not submit photographs or data that are private for security reasons or may be used against you or the inmate in a court of law like phone numbers, bank account numbers, Facebook ID, LINE ID, or other social ID.
Do not use any inappropriate language such as profanity or one that is vulgar in nature.
You should not send messages that will be troubling or discomforting in nature to the inmates.

Frequently Asked Questions

How often can I send letters to prison?

You have the rights to send as many messages as you like as long as you don't violate the rules and regulations as provided.

When will the inmate receives the Letter to Prison (LP) that I've sent?

The Chat Screen provides the information on the status of the letter such as “waiting to print” or “printed.” ; Waiting to Print means your letter have been received and will be print out the next business day. Printed means your letter have been printed and will be delivered to the building shortly, Normally inmate will be received in 1 - 3 business days, depending on the examination of letter by the officers at the buildings.

When will I receive the Letter to Home (LH) that I've bought for the inmate?

Once your payment has gone through for the (LH) package, the inmate will receive 10 blank letters on next business day that they can use to write on. The inmates are allowed to send one letter per day. After the letters are received and processed, the message will be delivered instantly into your DomiMail App. There will be a notification in your app to alert you.

Are these packages refundable?

No refunds once payment has been processed.Be sure you provide us with accurate information and select the proper prison location.
